Getting to know customers, spending time with them, understanding their business, hearing their concerns, and taking an active role in their plans for the future.
"Being there.” This means promptly replying to queries and engaging in timely communication.
Taking an active interest in their business. This includes reviewing financial positions, ascertaining ways to contribute to business development, or helping them save in areas like tax and overheads.

The proponent of the vision is Arturo “Art” Alejandro III, a Certified Public Accountant.
After finishing his B.S. in accountancy, Cum Laude, at the Far Eastern University, he took the Certified Public Accountant Board Exam in 2007 and passed it. Driven to practice his craft, Art worked at A.M. Yu and Associates, CPAs while teaching future accountants at the Far Eastern University. In 2011, He finished his MBA at the College of Immaculate Conception.
Art honed his accounting, management, and entrepreneurial skills further as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Towncall Finance and Investment. This period proved critical to his development – honing his expertise and learning the intricate details of running a company. On a personal capacity, he took on clients mainly relatives and friends, and helped them with their accounting needs.
Done with the necessary preparations, he set out to fulfill his vision. In 2016, he registered the business name Elano Tax and Accounting Services with the Department of Trade and Industry. “Elano” is meaningful for Art. It stands for Ela, the nickname of his mother and Nonoy is the nickname of his father. From the beginning, he wanted to keep it personal, as he will eventually do so for his clients. To formalize the founding of the firm, he was able to obtain accreditation with the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Philippine Regulatory Commission – Board of Accountancy.
Currently, Elano Tax and Accounting Services has two offices located in Gapan City, Nueva Ecija and San Fernando City, Pampanga. Its roster of clients come from various industries like manufacturing, construction, wholesale and retail trade, freight forwarders, manpower agencies among others. The firm also has individual clients coming from the medical, legal, and engineering fields. Noteworthy to mention are two big clients: a poultry and gas refilling plant company and one of the biggest hospitals in Nueva Ecija. This is a sign that Elano Tax and Accounting Services is beginning to gain a foothold in the industry.
The fulfillment of the vision is a process. Elano Tax and Accounting Services continues to offer its services to more clients. In fact, expanding to more areas where it can share the vision is within sight.
